A Farm to Table Butcher
Founded in 2019 by Adrian White, Beacon Hill Butchers was the brainchild of years of experience in the butchering industry, and a need for a high-quality local outlet.
Adrian successfully launched Beacon Hill butchers on the 20th July 2019 and has been supplying the surrounding areas with only the best fresh meat produce sourced from local farms in the surrey area.
Here at Beacon Hill Butchers we are proud to work with local farmer PJ Goble at Little Cowdray Farm in Thursley, only 5 miles from the shop, they supply us with various breeds including Dexter and Hereford

We aim to provide high quality fresh meats and will always try and source locally. All our pies, sausage rolls, sausages, ready meals and prepared dishes are made in house by the BHB team, using only the freshest of ingredients. Our sausages and mince contain no fillers or bulking agents and only contain 100% meat. We source locally from farms within 10 miles of the shop, we also source meats non locally but these are all well established and ethically run businesses with the same ethos as Beacon Hill Butchers.
We run the business as a family and all the employees are part of this family, this means every customer is served with a smile and welcomed into the shop. We are also always on hand to answer customers questions and queries, we will happily advise on meats and cooking suggestions.
We pride ourselves in providing competitively priced meats which are better quality than you would get at the supermarkets. Which are often bulk butchered and you don’t know where/how it’s been raised or sourced form.
Beacon Hill is a small Community and as part of that community BHB are currently running a “Create your Own sausage “ competition with the local school, WE also run the BBQs at the local village fete and Christmas Fair BHB will continue to do BBQs in the future.
Adi is fantastic at giving out advise and answers any questions honestly. The food is amazing with lots of variety of meats, fish sauces and salts. 100% recommend this place to anyone.
We bought some in-house cured bacon at the weekend. It was absolutely divine! We also bought a shoulder of lamb (locally sourced) for our sunday roast – it was so, so tasty. With helpful staff and a wide range of high-quality stock, we are already regular customers. Thank you for taking over from Alan and Sue – and continuing the tradition of a great butcher in Beacon Hill.
Super impressed with the quality at Beacon Hill Butchers. We bought pork chipolatas which not only tasted great but noticed after we grilled them virtually no fat came off at all. Also had a rib-eye steak with a mushroom sauce which was beautifully tender and full of flavour 🙂
